Clients were selling their home and they needed to update their siding to increase the curb appeal. They had an old Dryvit siding system and was looking to install CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl Siding.

We removed the dryvit, installed fanfold insulation to provide a smooth surface, then we installed CertainTeed Certawrap housewrap and taped the seams with CertainTeed CertaTape which helps improve the integrity of the building’s envelope by reducing air and moisture penetration. Then we installed CertainTeed Monogram Double 5″ Clapboard vinyl siding color Natural Clay
